How to Show Number of Non Runners in Custom Columns

There may be a better way, but I would store a value = to the number of runners as early on as possible, and then compare it to the number of runners remaining. Won't be totally accurate but might be near enough for you. Another not-quite-100% way to do it would be to subtract the number of runners from the highest saddle cloth.
