It happens to me while Im trying create new setting.
Im starting from default setting then something like this appears. Im able to operate BA normally, but(!) I cant change to the other market(market list appears)

Which version of Windows are you using?

On the Display page of the Settings Editor, do you have 'Use Aero Glass on windows frames' ticked or not. We've seen this issue before on Windows 8 when changing that setting on & off.

Windows 7. While changing from one setting to another error keeps poping out. I need to log out, log in then it works, however without changing settings the issue aboce appears.

Update:
Error doesnt appear anymore- Switching off aero"helped".
