Aussie Markets

Good afternoon
On the aussie markets im getting a couple of problems/difference to other markets.
I use a 1 tick graph and on the graph im getting voulume bars along the bottom to the same height every second as if the same amount is constantly trading at that price and also on the ladder the last traded price is flashing yellow even if the price has changed
