Anyone else get a "We are experiencing technical issues" with the old Premium Charge Portal?

I new page still works, but isn't as nice and can't be downloaded.

Yep, I was thinking of asking the same question in this thread but not sure if anyone cares about the old PC portal. I asked their helpdesk about it yesterday and today they still couldn't give me an answer on why it's down.

I asked the vip@betfair team yesterday and they said it was a temporary problem and was being worked on.

Thanks guys.

I still prefer the old page. Shows how crazy their systems are if one page can work without the other if they're effectively showing the same thing.

The old page was never brought back or no formal communication was issued about it's demise. But I notice today that I can't see the new one, has it gone from others accounts as well?

Gone here too, it used to be under the activity column in my account, under profit and loss, but gone.

No mention of it on betfair forum as of yet, there was some site maintenance from the 27th, might have been something to do with that?

Dont know why they had to scrap the old one.

They probably got rid of the old one because it was near impossible to find on their website. At least the new one is exactly where it should be, right next to P/L page which is probably the page that people open the most :mrgreen:

Yep, was there yesterday, but gone now. I preferred the old one because I could easily save the page as HTML and it still be readable. The new one is probably loaded with scripts so can't do that, which means I have to take a screenshot which is less convenient.

What would be even better is if you could look at historical records rather than them just writing over the page every week!

They were happy to take my money at 12:19 just not give me access as to how it was calculated :(

The annoying thing is there's no simple way to calculate it yourself to check as you don't have access to download the account statement just bethistory/pnl which doesn't show comms and the ever changing rates they use over various markets.

The new one's there for me, it was there yesterday too actually. Still not happy with the content though.

Do you think they may have exempted certain users from the Premium Charge ?
