Graph reading

Hi all
Newbie here
I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the way the graph works (ie what all the lines mean or how it works)
I've watched the videos on bet Angel but most of them are about changing the lay out of the chart.
Are there any that show you like that's moved to there so i am going to put an order in there,
