Pop up boxes after automation

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hope someone can help here
Why do boxes appear to ask if you want to back or lay after bot is set?
Surely auto means not having to click boxes during event.
I have set place bet alert off in settings.
Any help please
