This is a basic Guardian automation rule for use on Soccer (football) markets.
This bot will look to lay the match leader for £10 IF they have had a 2+ goal lead and that gap has now been cut to just 1 goal, with a view that if the equaliser comes there will be a big jump in odds. To give you a visual idea of how this bot works I have used the match between Liverpool Vs Crystal Palace in Soccer Mystic to demonstrate.
I entered two random goals for Liverpool, after their 2ng goal on 39mins their odds would be approx 1.02, if Crystal Palace were to get a goal back (for the purposes of this example they did after 50mins) Liverpool’s odds would drift to around 1.15.
This is where the bot would now trigger (a two goal lead cut to just one), you can see from Soccer mystic the type of risk Vs reward you’re getting if Palace do manage the equalizing goal.
The bot works first by setting signals on the market which increase in value when one team scores and decreases in value if the other teams scores (it knows when a team has scored by the jump in the odds of the draw).
If a signal value of 2 is reached it will mean one team should now have a two goal lead, the bot then sets a separate signal to indicate this has happened.
At the same time, the bot now ‘Fixes the order of market sections’ so the team currently leading will always be remembered as the fav – this is so the lay bet knows which team to trigger on even if there still not the shortest odds following the 1st come back goal.
If the trailing team now scores the odds of the leading team will drift slightly (as can be seen in the image above) and it’s this drift in odds of the fav that will now trigger a £10 lay bet – providing it happens before around 65 mins otherwise the wont trigger.
After the lay is placed the bots job is over, you can of course add a green up rule to exit after a equalizing goal or you can instruct it to green up after X mins if no further goals follow, if you have a play about with the soccer mystic tool and punch in some goal times you will be able to build up any idea of what will happen following a goal and edit your exit the bot around that to suit your needs.
To use the file just click on Lay Leader if Lead is Reduced to One Goal.Baf attachment link below and this will download it to your computer, then with guardian open on the "Automation" tab click "Import a Rules File" as shown in the image, once imported it will now appear in the drop down box just above, you can now apply it to any markets you have added into guardian.
Once you have it imported into your Guardian the stake size along with any other aspects of this file can be edited very easily by clicking on "Edit Rules File".
If you require any data on the timing of goals to help with this or any other goal related strategy see the following thread which has every goal time for every match in every major league around the world going back more than 10 years in Excel and Json format which users can freely download

With any automation bot always run in practice mode first to ensure everything is working fine, and repeat this each time you make any changes.
