Never got an email reply so I tried again with live chat.
Try contacting the guys at [email protected]

They promptly fixed a similar issue for me once before I had an account manager (which nowadays everyone apparently gets!), all other departments were a useless waste of time, like they don't even communicate with each other, ended up being an internal error on their part for which they apologised etc.

Never got an email reply so I tried again with live chat. They kept me waiting half an hour while Bumfair held a high-level executive meeting to discuss my account, it reminded me of standing outside the headmaster's office waiting to be called in, but eventually my account was reactivated. . :)
That's better service than you get with PayPal, we had a PayPal business account locked down for nearly a month and you can't speak to anyone. Tbh I don't know what you want apart from champagne service at lemonade money. Everytime someone has a big panic it seems to be sorted in a few days.
 I've always got a quick response from PayPal and Neteller.

What really bugs me is the arbitrary response you get. On Saturday I was just given an email address to contact and was literally cut off, no is there anything else I can help you with? If I had Nikhil, the guy who helped me today I could probably have been trading over the weekend and working on my automation!

By the way, I gave him 10 in the survey and the survey responded with "wow", I bet they come around just once in a blue moon. :)

In some ways it all reminds me of my son when he was a teenager.... :D

I hate you
Is there anything to eat?
I hate you
Can I have some money?
I hate you
Where's my school bag?

And it goes on for year after year

Thanks Kai, I've stored that address safely in my password vault. ;)

I don't have children but I used to look after a kid for a single mother once a week when he was aged 8 to 12. I'd take him to the park for a kick around or penalty shootouts, I'd pop into the supermarket on the way back, have something to eat and then take him home.

I used to think the most challenging thing about being a parent was the supermarket temper tantrum, but I experience that and realised you're too angry/busy arguing to feel embarrassed and nobody takes notice anyway. It's just part of the shopping experience. :)

And if all else fails can try to directly email Peter Jackson, the goat himself and the people's champion ❤️

And like I always say, I suggest to start the email with "Hi Peter, big fan of your Hobbit movies." I bet he never heard that one.

Godspeed 👍

But if you can remember your password it must not be a very strong one?
I use 16-20 character randomly generated passwords. For passwords that I regularly have to type in, like Betfair, Microsoft or my master password, I tend to remember them after 5-10 logins. :)

I've just closed my Spotify account. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to do it and they still give me 7 days to change my mind. With Bumfair you just need to mis-type an email address and you receive the account closed email before you even know what you've done!

I've generated a random 16-character password, letters, digits and punctuation marks and memorised it in a day. :D

Just a shame I'm careless for not checking email addresses are correct.

Something's gone wrong with the quotes there. If one guy misses the /quote the rest will follow. :)
