That's better service than you get with PayPal, we had a PayPal business account locked down for nearly a month and you can't speak to anyone. Tbh I don't know what you want apart from champagne service at lemonade money. Everytime someone has a big panic it seems to be sorted in a few days.
I've always got a quick response from PayPal and Neteller.
What really bugs me is the arbitrary response you get. On Saturday I was just given an email address to contact and was literally cut off, no is there anything else I can help you with? If I had Nikhil, the guy who helped me today I could probably have been trading over the weekend and working on my automation!
By the way, I gave him 10 in the survey and the survey responded with "wow", I bet they come around just once in a blue moon.
