Volumes where down in general and that often creates unstable markets. Could be the long weekend or something similar. Betfair should be hitting the panic button on some of these big markets and they are in decline. Revenue raised from racing should go back into generating demand for racing not be leached off for loss making ventures that are unrelated.

One of the biggest moves I have ever seen. I caught the bounce but it came back in and I bailed out.

markets have been crazy today IMHO. At one point I saw a 400k order holding the price up. Seriously messed up price action throughout the afternoon! Not my trading style at all

I wouldn't have liked to have been backing One Kool Dude when it shot up in price!

I was seriously caught out on Binocular on the way out but managed to reverse the loss and make £100 on the way in. Crazy stuff. I haven't particulary enjoyed today and yesterday. But Wednesday went well and was easy.

Has someone been throwing large sums around?

I notice Coeus was backed for 34K, before it started to drift. Bizarre...

Same here.... not a very enjoyable day... just don't seem to be getting in to my stride... didn't trade yesterday but found weds much better in comparison... feels that there is more manipulation happening today.

Post 6pm much better though... almost like two different days... I wonder if others found it the same?

I had a rollercoaster of a day today. Managed to trade 30 markets, went in play (like a noob!) and had a BIG loss earlier and spent the rest of the day clawing it back. So I'm quite pleased I managed to end up with an average days profit in the end considering my blunder.

The graph shows the story, the red line is the cumulative profit for the day and the blue bars the individual market P&L.
