Hard to know without testing or contacting Betfair. Of course you might not get a clear answer and only find out by trying it. If it's not lowering the total PC bill over the two accounts and or artificially inflating trading volumes then I don't see why they would be too bothered, certainly wouldn't expect them to ban you before a warning if they didn't approve

I think this would be the general consensus, don't really see what else they would have an issue with.

And I imagine those that potentially got banned or whatever were probably involved in some PC avoidance shenanigans.
