Back/Lay with 1 tick offset but scratch if money available drops below a certain number

Hi

Apologies in advance but I tried scouring the automation section and couldnt find the answer

I am looking for some guidance/rules file, where an offset in cancelled if the total money available drops below say 100.

So we back at 3 and a 1 tick offset goes in at 2.98. If the total money at 3 gets eaten up and drops below 100 (and a move to 3.05 looks likely) , an automatic lay goes in at 3 to scratch. This would obviously be deployed in slow moving markets.
