Do anyone happen to know better what the current situation is in Spain regarding betting winnings and taxation? Last year at least regarding poker, a decision was made that everyone must pay taxes on winnings even if they are overall at a loss.

I was living in Barcelona in Q4 2020, filling out post-brexit paperwork to become a resident there

You definitely had to declare gambling winnings at that time.
The tax brackets were insane like 30% of £30k iirc, with higher bands past that

Obviously not saying you should do this, but I was speaking with a native resident who's full time on BF and said individual had been not declaring and getting away with it for a few years.

Didn't make sense to risk it when other countries were 0%
