The Arkle has barely risen above 100.5% this morning

Markets like this create easy opportunities for 1 tick scalpers

How do Betfair and Betdaq differ in showing Matched Totals

For example

If Betfair show 500k matched
and Betdaq show 500k matched

What is the actual amount of the bets placed in each case

cheers

Unless Betdaq have changed their matching totals then you need to account for the price. So 6,000 matched at 11 is the same as 600 on Betfair

Total matched amount on Betfair is counted as: 2 x Backer's Stake.

Hi Aleksandar

so Half the amount showing on Betfair to get the true value of the Back bets that have been matched by a Lay bet ( or vice versa )

As the 2 combine to make 1 matched bet

Ta much.

Made more money on Betdaq than Betfair on the first race. Too much money being held in the market on Betfair and stopping me from getting filled quickly enough.

Tuesday is always a learning day for me, so I am experimenting today to probe the markets and learn how they are behaving this year.

I have no choice but to trade in running for this festival, being a avid swing trader no way will a 10+ tick happen with all that volume, it may but at a turtle pace. Have collected a nice £275 so far as much as i dont like it. PEDDLERS CROSS Has got to be the NAP back to lay for today good luck all
