Capello disagrees with FA over Terry captaincy decision

If I were Capello, I'd be fuming:

A. John Terry should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

B. The final choice of who should be captain should rest with the manager. It's not good for a football team when the board start to over-rule the manager over what happens on the pitch...

C. Why allow Terry to continue playing for England, but strip him of his captaincy? It's not exactly consistent!

D. The FA's actions won't help Terry get a fair trial - It's like the FA are saying that they think that Terry is guilty.

Why is this one in Court - when the assumed to be guilty Suarez is fined directly by the FA.

Is it because the evidence (by Manchester United) on Suarez would not hold up in court...
