I think there's a bit more to beating hyper-efficient markets than that... :)

That's an interesting angle, although the challenge is knowing when to get in and when to get out. Also, as with horse racing, presumably the guys on court have a advantage over people watching the game at home, due to the TV delay.

Also, how can you be sure the market over-reacts to that? Isn't it possible that it under-reacts?

therein lies the good trader's advantage - he doesn't pretend to "know" what will happen next or expect exact timing on entries/exits. it's a probability game.

First set to Ferrer...7-6...only just though after leading the set 5-2.
I over estimated Ferrer's improvement and bottle. He basically gave the game away from a winning position.

Now, Murray can get to the final as he has a huge advantage over Tsonga. However, don't forget Henman had 100% record over Ivanisevic before their semi-final clash in 2001. Though, again Ivanisevic had played 2 Wimbledon finals previously. Therefore, Murray has a big edge because he has already played 3 grand slam finals.

Murray has won both games on grass, including the final at last years Queens. Over all 5-1 to Murray.

The only advantage Tsonga has, is the ability to raise his game to a higher level - last year at Wimbledon he beat Federer to get to the Semi-Final.

First set to Federer 6-3

As far as I can see the only thing stopping Roger from winning this match is: Roger...

Everything is in his favour:-
1. Novak's run in grand slams has come to an end.
2. Novak has never beaten Roger at Wimbledon.
3. Roger will be Number 1 again if he wins the title.
4. Indoor is better for Roger.
5. Grass is better for Roger.
and now it's 2-0 Djokovic - so I'm wrong again.

Murray plays in the same style as Federer (power player) but not as well. With the form Fed is in it will be a straight sets win to Fed.

THE FED EXPRESS WILL CRUSH MURRAY LIKE A STEAM TRAIN
