Log incomplete

I've noticed that my inplay bets are not registering in the log, in the following example from the log I switched markets made three bets then cancelled them. There is nothing about the bets being placed. Cancelling would normally be line by line, with bet details.

10/11/2012 21:00:05: Market has been suspended
10/11/2012 21:00:53: Market has been unsuspended
10/11/2012 21:15:20: Cancelling bets 23343485190 23343485192 23343485194

Just trading inplay there is nothing to see in the log.

Everything is normal not inplay.

I also noticed while using excel this afternoon that inplay triggered bets got no further than "PLACING" in the status cell, even though the bets were placed.

Any ideas. I am using Beta 1.32.2

Found it!!!!! Must have accidentally altered the Dynamic Connection Tuner. Increased value and all is back to normal.

Hi,

I've been having an issue with some bets not appearing in the log that appear to have fired in excel.

May i ask what setting you have on the dynamic tuner?

Currently set to 6.

Mine was already set to 5.

I will slide it the extra notch and see if it makes a difference.

Mine was 0 when I noticed the problems. Can't see where 5 or 6 would make much difference. Hope you get it sorted.
