are betfair pulling out of spain?

I heard a rumour that betfair are considering leaving spain?Is it a rumour?

The authorities in Spain stopped access to the exchange which is not what Betfair wanted. Spain is looking to increase revenue so licences will be issued but nobody knows when this will be. There is a large revenue to be had from Spain so Betfair are keen to have a new licence.
Currently the licence only allows sportsbook access i.e. straight betting. This applies to all attempted access showing a Spanish IP address not just Spanish citizens.

I wonder whether what this is really about is the Spanish authorities wanting to stop money leaving Spain during tough economic times...
Does anyone know what proportion of Betfair's revenues normally come from customers registered in Spain?
