LOL Euler - you know full well that here in the UK we reserve the Farenheit scale for summertime temperatures

Is there a reason silk colours aren't loading for each runner. Never seen this occur before?

Thought it was summer over there?

Tropical Cairns had 42.6 which is unprecedented. Sydney flooded. And barely 14 degrees here on the island north of Antarctica. Strange old week.

It's amazing how something as minor as jockey silks not displaying for all but 1 race has meant I haven't been able to make any profit in play today. Only Tamworth is loading. Hopefully this is rectified soon.

There was a similar problem with UK meetings yesterday afternoon with silks missing from 3 of them (punch, Here, Weth)

Does other software have silk colours? Desperate times call for desperate measures. lol.
The silks missing on the UK markets were also missing from the BF website so it wasn't just an API issue affecting software

If you go into your Bet Angel settings > communications
There's an option to 'use an alternative source for silks'

You could give that a go, it usually brings them up unless BF are having the same issues and there missing from there site and API again.

Thankyou. Of course Bet Angel aren't displaying them because Betfair aren't. I had a blank. I have emailed my account manager. Hopefully they rectify it soon. Thanks again.

Betfair are looking into the silks issue, but have no idea when it will be rectified.

Although I suspect it is only relevant for in-play traders.

Not really my place to comment.

Thanks PDC, Peter and everyone who's PMed me.

It's quite refreshing to have Moonee Valley on in the Aussie afternoon, nicely interspersed with Rosehill. :)

My sister turns 18 today, but I will just send my wife along. The general public just do not understand the importance of Saturdays for a trader!

Have the missing silks been resolved for you yet?
