Incorrect back price given, back price got split. HELP pleas
Hi, I wonder if you can help me please, I have backed using bet angel @ 3.85 and did the lay @ 3.8 but as can be seen from the photo some of the back went through @ 3.85 and some @ 3.8 which I did not want to. Ok im only using £2 stakes so no harm done but would be different story if using £100. I have looked through another 7 trades and 2 others have similar issues. Help please. Thanks. p.s im new to bet angel so im not 100% with it all.

No was using one click, please see new photo and see settings at top left.All i was doing was clicking on a back price and then it automatically puts a lay 1 tick below, so it was all automated.

Looks like Bet Angel has done exactly as you instructed it? It partially matched at 3.85 so it offset against that value.
I see, so what do i need to do for it to not do this? As in if i want to back @ 3.85 and lay @ 3.8, how do i stop it from splitting the back of 3.85 in to 3 different odds? Is there something i need to untick? Or what have i got ticked to tell it "if cant fulfil at 3.85 then take rest @ 3.8"??

If you change the batch settings it will mix and match the prices it offset's against but on this occasion because it detected 3.85 as the first fill is used that.

I understand that but this time it did the opposite . Please see photo i asked for a back of £2 @ 3.85 but it actually only backed £1.81 @ 3.85 then did the other 19p @3.8. I did not want 3.8 as a back at all hence the question. comfused.
