Can't sign into BA after setting up Google Authenticator

Hello everyone, I have just set up my Betfair account to use the Google Authenticator, as an extra layer of security.

However, when I now try and sign into BA Pro, I get the message "Bet Angel Authentication successful, however unable to connect to Betfair using the supplied user name and password"

Any ideas as to why? Many thanks in advance

I used to keep putting a space between my password and authentication code and got the same message. The authentication code should follow on from the password, so it could be that.

All you have to do is sign in with your password and then add on the authentication code straight after your password with no spaces between them.
