I am a board newbie after some years of looking on. The amount of useful information, tips and banter has fed me well. I never thought I would have any useful comment to add to the forum. Until yesterday, when I was apparently locked out. I got my support ticket and immediately it was being worked on. Not it seemed a straightforward problem but it was resolved.

Immediate, polite, helpful with suggestions. Support has inspired me to break cover. Be seeing yous again soon.

ive only had to use support 1-2 times .but they are really fast courtious and professional..
