VPS - Restarting

Good Morning I was going to restart my VPS.
I have clicked the "Start" button on my remote desktop and then on log off button i have clicked the arrow to reveal the restart command but when i click this i get a "Shutdown Windows" window and in this it says Shutdown Event Tracker and shows selected "other (planned)" with the ok greyed out to i change this setting before proceeding and if to what do i change it to?

You just need to type something into the Comment section to enable the OK button.
