Orders occasionally not going in

Why is it every so often my orders dont go into the market when i press the button?just happenned loads now on the madrid game i was pressing and pressing waiting for my bets to go in and appear on the ladder,but nothing.

You hear that sound when you place an order but then nil.


is there any known issues?is it because the new api?

First thing to do is check the log and see what that says.

i logged off after the match so didnt check the log.

i dont suppose there`s a way to retreive it after logging off?

This happens once in a while but usually its a one off,on todays match just i couldnt do nothnig.

I`ll try n copy the log next time it happens

Go to the setting, the spanner icon and you will find previous logs in there.

Just had a look at the log and it appears

Unable to place bet on 3 - 0 at 1.16. Betfair's business rules do not allow this order to be placed.

I`m assuming this is because i had my vpn switched on?

Is this a new thing,cos it didnt happen before.Cant i bet through betangel unless i turn off my vpn?

I believe this is something to do with your 'applicationSubscriptionToken', I am sure BetAngel will advise but I had a similar issue when wrestling with the ssl tokens.
